The following classes run on a regular weekly basis and are suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga Classes
A deeply restorative practice, in this class we focus on long-held, passive poses using props like bolsters and blocks. This soothing practice targets the body’s connective tissues—ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia—while also nurturing your nervous system and enhancing energy flow. Through stillness and mindful breath, Yin Yoga helps release emotional tension and promote a sense of calm, allowing you to feel truly rested and present in your body.
Saturday Slow Flow
Slow Flow Saturday: A gentle vinyasa flow class that invites you to explore a calm, rhythmic flow, where each movement is guided by the breath. We move through mindful sequences at a slower pace, allowing time to really observe and explore movement in your body. Perfect for all levels, this practice emphasises relaxation, and self connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to slow things down, this class offers a peaceful space to unwind and connect with both body and mind.
The Monday Reset:
Slow Yoga & Meditation
This Monday Slow Flow and Meditation practise is designed to help you turn inward, move with intention, and set the tone for your week. We move through slow, grounding movement and finish with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation. This practise is perfect for everyone, no matter your amount of Yoga experience. Come exactly as you are.
Mat Pilates Classes
Mat Pilates delivers a powerful full-body workout that targets strength, flexibility, and endurance. In each session, you'll experience the signature Pilates burn, using a variety of props to enhance your practice. With a small class size, you'll receive personalised attention and hands-on adjustments, ensuring a focused and effective workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class helps build core strength and improve overall body alignment.
Flow & Guided Breath Classes
The Flow + Guided Breath class blends gentle yoga with intentional breathwork to help you start your day with energy and clarity. Through fluid movement and mindful breathing, this practice fosters a deep connection to your inner self, promoting a positive mindset and a sense of alignment. It’s the perfect way to set the tone for your day, helping you embrace new opportunities with focus and purpose.
Rest Club Classes
Rest Club is a nurturing practice designed to reset your nervous system and bring you back to a place of calm. Through gentle movement, mindfulness meditation, and restorative rest, this class helps release tension, recharge your energy, and restore balance, leaving you feeling refreshed and deeply connected to yourself. Kylie Bartlett begins the morning at 9:15 with her melodic voice and meditation. If you can stay for the double class, dive deep into the beautiful sound immersion from the lovely Teegan Nash with Sound & Stillness from 10:15AM. We have the option to book in for 9:15 AM , 10:15AM or stay for the Double Class and save $10 on your booking.

Dr. Ash is an integrative chiropractor who specialises in chiropractic, spinal flow, and energy somatics.
She will be in our studio every Monday and Wednesday bringing you a holistic approach to chiropractic care that aligns body, mind, and soul.
Bookings are essential and made directly with Balanced Chiropractic.

Bloom - Mums and Bub Circle Series
Each session is infused with yogic practices (gentle movement, breath, mantra) to nurture your body and mind. Artistic expression allows you to explore your emotions and creativity. A safe, non-judgmental space, facilitated by two experienced postpartum care providers and health professionals.
Motherhood can be isolating at times. Circles provide a community to share your journey, to be seen and to be heard to help you process and normalize the highs and lows of motherhood. Taking time for you!
