The following classes run on a regular weekly basis and are suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga Classes
A deeply restorative practice, in this class we focus on long-held, passive poses using props like bolsters and blocks. This soothing practice targets the body’s connective tissues—ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia—while also nurturing your nervous system and enhancing energy flow. Through stillness and mindful breath, Yin Yoga helps release emotional tension and promote a sense of calm, allowing you to feel truly rested and present in your body.
Saturday Slow Flow
Slow Flow Saturday: A gentle vinyasa flow class that invites you to explore a calm, rhythmic flow, where each movement is guided by the breath. We move through mindful sequences at a slower pace, allowing time to really observe and explore movement in your body. Perfect for all levels, this practice emphasises relaxation, and self connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to slow things down, this class offers a peaceful space to unwind and connect with both body and mind.
Yin & Sound - Monthly Offering
Slow down. Soften. Reconnect.
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, where you'll be guided to release tension, ground your energy, and drop into stillness.
No experience needed. All bodies and beings are welcome. Offered on the first Monday of the Month with Dani from Conscious Heart Awakening.
Mat Pilates Classes
Mat Pilates delivers a powerful full-body workout that targets strength, flexibility, and endurance. In each session, you'll experience the signature Pilates burn, using a variety of props to enhance your practice. With a small class size, you'll receive personalised attention and hands-on adjustments, ensuring a focused and effective workout. Lead by yoga instructor Petra Belluzzo this class is designed to ignite your inner flame with a dynamic flow linking breath with movement.
Vinyasa flow encourages focus and a meditative state, helping practitioners stay present.

Rest Club Classes
Rest Club is a nurturing practice designed to reset your nervous system and bring you back to a place of calm. Through gentle movement, mindfulness meditation, and restorative rest, this class helps release tension, recharge your energy, and restore balance, leaving you feeling refreshed and deeply connected to yourself. Kylie Bartlett band Teegan Nash weave beautiful sound immersion, meditation & dive deep into stillness. Fortnightly classes beginning at 9:30 AM (75 Min)
