    Daisy-Ellen O'Hare

    Matwork / Barre Pilates Instructor

    Daisy-Ellen is a mum, wife and a Barre-Body qualified Matwork / Barre Pilates Instructor. You’ll catch her on the mat, bringing you spicy pilates sessions that promise to leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened and ready to take on your day.

    Daisy-Ellen is high energy and brings all the burn to your Pilates session.

    Daisy-Ellen leads her class on Saturday mornings at 7:15 AM.

    Matwork Pilates Instructor

    Bec is a passionate Pilates, Reformer and fitness instructor and dedicated mum to four. With a deep love for movement and wellness, she has been guiding clients on their Pilates journeys since 2020.

    Her classes are known for their supportive, energising atmosphere, where every person feels empowered, whether they’re beginners or well into their fitness journeys. A mother herself, Bec understands the importance of balance, both in life and in practice, and she brings a nurturing, yet challenging approach to her classes. She believes in the power of mindful movement to strengthen both the body and the mind.

    Vinyasa Yoga Instructor

    Holly completed her first Yoga teacher training in 2021 and has been teaching ever since. She loves creating a safe space for people to tune inwards and explore movement in their body, while feeling nurtured, seen and supported.

    Holly’s bubbly and playful nature is reflected in the way she guides her Yoga practises, she loves bringing a bit of sunshine to people’s day and fostering a sense of community and belonging in every class. She believes in moving our bodies in celebration of all they are and all they can do and hopes to move with you soon too!

    Megan Martin

    Matwork Pilates Instructor

    Recently back from Tasmania, Megan has swapped snow boots for sandy toes, calling tropical north Queensland home once again. When she's not out chasing sunrises, she's a paediatric physiotherapist by day and a Pilates lover all the time. She was instantly drawn to the Gypseas ethos — movement that’s equal parts strength, healing, and joy. Expect sessions that challenge you, uplift you, and leave you smiling (and maybe a little wobbly-legged). Beyond the studio, you’ll find her exploring trails, enjoying a nice glass of wine (or two), or spending time with her husband and their Labrador, Ollie. 

    Megan teaches Mondays & Wednesdays at 6AM.

    Yin Yoga Instructor

    Fiona McDonald is a Kinesiologist & Yin Yoga Teacher and founder of Inner Wellness Collective. 

    Fiona has been a Yin Yoga teacher for 2.5 years and infuses her kinesiology learnings & love for Traditional Chinese Meridian system into her Yin yoga sessions — to show you how to find stillness. Inspired by her own Kinesiology journey, she embarked on her own pathway to learning Kinesiology back in 2011, and then on to 12 years learning with NK Institute. She has added various modalities along the way & infuses all of her learnings in her intuitive sessions. She shares her innate wisdom to help empower you to transform your life.

    If we learn to listen to the messages of our soul, it does truly know the way….

    Yoga Instructor

    Petra is devoted to a path of returning to feeling—of listening, embodying curiosity, softening, and inhabiting the body with trust and devotion. With breath as her guide, she explores the inner landscapes—not to fix or change, but to listen. She will connect with hidden mysteries, unexpressed emotions, and tend to the parts of people still waiting to be felt. In those quiet places, there is wisdom—waiting to be remembered.

    She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life—honouring the wisdom of the womb, the healing power of herbs and flower essences, and the emotional depth held within the body. Her work weaves together emotional gynecology, intuitive movement, ritual, and womb-centered care. As a pre- and peri-natal therapist, she will hold space for the tender transitions of birth, becoming, and remembering who we are.

    Petra leads our beautiful PreNatal & Mums and Bubs classes as well as a high energy Vinyasa Flow class on Fridays at 6AM.

    Hey everyone! My name is Kacey Mongeon, a born & raised American who ended up in Australia while seeking sunshine & adventure. I became a certified pilates instructor over a year and a half ago & have been love everything about the craft. I teach contemporary-style Pilates both reformer & mat, but also add in elements of barre & sculpt to keep it fresh & spicy. I can’t wait to meet you xo
